You mean silan, right?
I think it would give the same sweetness but it is runnier than honey so it might be a good idea to cut other liquids by a bit. Might also make the bread a bit darker.

I think I would cut the silan to a third or quarter cup as it's darker and has a stronger taste than honey. I wouldn't add or subtract other liquid until I saw the texture and consistency of the dough.
I often substitute silan for honey in recipes.
