I feel that traffic here (at imamother)is really slow!
What happened?ke pas'o?ma kara?vusi gisheyn?
It is as slow as it is at all the businesses here in N.Y.
Last week I visited and it was so bz and happening.

Not everyone lives in NY!!
Whenever we go to NY for a visit, when dh sits into a car, the first thing he does is gives a lloonngg, lloouudd, BEEEEEEP! Welcome to NY!!

I know I'm near NY when I start getting cut off in traffic and people are rude - that actually starts in Jersey though

When we were in Manhattan by museum drive (near the MET, Guggenheim, The Jewish Museum) we saw a sign that said if you honk your horn, you will get a $300 fine!!!! So I think NY is starting to crack down on beeping. Maybe there was construction going on?

You can’t crack down in a city like this. It’s a zoo and the animals rule. In a neighborhood where the residents are sick of the noise because let’s say it’s next to a wedding hall, then they can get together and if they’re influential enough, they can get a sign posted. But the sign doesn’t do much except scare me and you. The sign doesn’t come with a cute little cop on duty to spit out tickets.
