I always wonder this and I have yet to figure it out, so I'm turning to you wise Imamothers.
Is there some special technique to flushing the toilet in Dr. Dori's BP office? I always end up staying in the bathroom for about 5 minutes until I get the toilet to flush. I rotate the handle, push it down, hold it down, etc, yet I still can't figure out how to do it.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about, or am I just weird?

there used to be a sign, you have to hold it down till it flushes.

This is the funniest post ever.. umm.. ok, maybe not the funniest, but cool in a way how someone can post questions one would just ponder on, and never get a solution.
Amother rocks!

I was there last week and a woman was really embarrassed that she couldn't flush. The secretary did it for her. When I used the bathroom I turned the flusher round and up and down. Someting worked.

OP here
That's the point. I usually push it up. Then down. The rotate it. And eventually it works. There must be some "right" way to do it. I'm always scared that it won't work, and I'll have to get help! Maybe one of the braver ones amongst us can ask the secretary?
Well, anyways, it's good to know I'm not alone in this horrible situation

As as I remember (I was going up until 4 months ago!) you just have to pull the handle up for about 3-5 seconds and it will flush.

Um, if they need your urine, why do you need to flush. Okay just a joke on your expense. Happy Mothering! I left that office when Swerskey left, switched elsewhere.

I haven't been there for a year, but I don't remember this problem.
