What time does your kids go to sleep and what time do they wake up? Wondering if waking my kids up early, around 7:30/8:00 will help them fall asleep earlier? They are in bed but still not sleeping and it's almost 9:30. They wake up around 9:00 in the morning, have a very busy day, but try don't fall asleep until really late. Any advice will be very helpful.

well first how old are they?
my 2.5 year old is usually sleeping LATEST 830 (thats if she doesnt fall asleep during the day, otherwise after 9) and then wakes up (well Im not 100% sure wat time she actually wakes up, but seh comes out of bed btwn 715-735.
shes bombed when she comes home from camp at 3, but gets a second wind from like 530-7 which is annoying

My kids are 5, 3, and 14 months.
They all go to sleep by 6:30-7:00 and wake up between 6:30 and 7.
I need my kids sleeping early-I am done by that time in the evening and I'd rather be up early cuz I love my quiet evenings!
I am noticing that my 5 DD is so tired since camp started she begs to go to sleep!

my toddlers sleep 6 pm to 6 am. or hopefully until 6:30.
I would try starting bedtime routine earlier and see if they fall asleep earlier, wake up earlier and I think eventually they'll fall into a new routine. good luck
