I bought navy short sleeve shrugs for my girls ages almost 1 and 2. What color tshirt underneath and what color leggings. A big plus if you can post links or where I can buy them! Ty

It sounds cute! I would personally pair it with a white shirt and black leggings. I know people say not to mix navy and black, but I personally find the colors complimentary and chic.

I would pair one of these cool prints with them....the flower leggings or the navy polka dot are my favorite and then just add a plain white tee. More of an outfit rather than a few individual pieces.

Navy can be paired with all sorts of colors. Just pick something.

You don't realy have an "outfit" yet -- you just have a sweater. Surely you can figure out what to wear with a navy blue sweater.

Thanks for the ideas I'm just not the type to put together creations and I x dress that way so ill just keep it safe. Navy leggings and maybe a colored shell from shell station

I would go with a cool colored leggings like lime, yellow, pink and a plain white tshirt.

If you want switch it, navy leggings and a cool colored tshirt.

Top marks if you can find a tshirt that has a flower or image on the front that matches the color of the leggings (yellow flower with yellow leggings).
