Who do we contact for both schools to check out each one for our son for pre-1A next year? We want to go there and see them for ourselves and hear what they each have to offer, etc. Who do we contact to do this? Do the schools even do this??

the schools definitely are happy to meet with you and show you around!
My boys are in TA, it is a very happy school atmosphere, my husband and I were very taken with it when Rabbi Kahana showed us around. R Kahana is the elementary school principal. Best thing to do is to call the elementary office, 410 484 6600, extension 1, and tell them you want to meet with R Kahana adn Mrs Rosen who is the Pre-school head as potential/prospective parents.
In TI I am guessing you should call their office and arrange to meet with Rabbi Eisgrau and the head of pre-school.
