Does anyone have a recipe for a yummy dip that I can make with peppers.. somthing stirfried.. I am sure there are a ton of them.

Stir fry with chunks of onion and then when it’s done, chop it and add a dollop of mayonnaise , salt and pepper.

Red pepper: bake whole in oven till very soft, or smoke on flame, right on top of the burners. Then peel it and cut into strips. Add garlic cut into tiny pieces, salt and oil.
