The instructions aren't clear. It says soak overnight and pour off the water. How much water? How much powder?
I put in about a tablespoon and a half with equal amount of water, and the whole thing gelled together within an hour or so. There's nothing to "pour off".
...And once I've got that right.
How do you flavor and eat your hilbeh?
