I am looking to completely finish my basement. I've gotten 2 quotes so far, but would like to get a third. Does anyone have a contractor that they used and can recommend?

Forta, Groundland, Lincorp & Belfor? are the only names that come to mind.

Thanks! Its not really relevant anymore, but the two I had were forta and groundland. :-)
