Hashem bestows upon every being a certain type of potential. Some people realize their potential and use it for the good of man. However, some people do not realize their potential, and go about life without utilizing a Gd=given talent. How does one recognize his/her potential? Is a person held liable if he/she does not utilize such gifts from Hashem?

If someone is a good person and is falling short of their potential, G-d might give them a push in some way..
That's why set backs and challenges are blessings in disguise.
G-d doesn't want anyone He loves to be liable for anything, let alone failing to live up to their potential. G-d is our father and sees the absolute best in us, believes in us and wants us to be lifted higher and higher..
He WANTS us to reach our potential. Don't worry.
