Ok as a kallah I was quite naive, didn´t check so much what I bought.
I bought fall (dont remember the brand about 750 USD).
It was just before my wedding and I was moving countries and well I asked her for receipts but she didn´t give anything to me.
Now I am so unhappy with it (about 2 years old). It has 3 holes in its net and the hair is already very thin at the top AND the worst thing is that at the very top you can see broken hair (don´t know how to describe it, its like someone went with scissors over a layer of hair and now some of them stand up:(((
And after wearing it for a while it gets electrolized at the back.
I am not a native english speaker and I want to explain it to her on the phone or in an email.
What are my chances? Without a receipt, after 2 years???
Is there any way this piece can be saved?

Hi! I have a friend in Berlin so it made me smile that you are from there. Very hard to get a sheitel fixed without a receipt because you could have bough it anywhere. Is it a name brand like a shevy? You might go to the company and try.

My Shevy only had a one year warranty. Really at the two year mark, you'll most likely have to pay for the repairs, which may not be worth it for a fall.

oh well
I also got 2 miri sheitels from her, they are ok though
no receipts whatsoever;(

I dont think you need a receipt.
what country was it?
I am sure she would remember you got by her 3 wigs. if you go to that country, take it along, stop by, and tell her you loved the Miris you got, but somehow this was never good.
She may want to try to fix stuff for you.
Or you can call her, tell her it never was good, would she be willing to try to look at it and see what she can do. (and then ship it with insurance and receipt).
2 yrs is not easy, but it should last and look good.
If she doesnt try to show she cares, your next wig you will find someone else who stands behind her products.
