a friend is making Aliyah in 2 months, she has no family, and she doesn't know anyone who went through this process, is there a facebook group/resource that she can access to ask all the questions and to get some support?

There is a nefesh bnefesh (NBN) facebook group that is very helpful. if she is going through nbn she can easily access it.

From where is she coming? There are lots of Facebook groups for Anglos in Israel; depends what she's looking for.
