I'd like to use lemon juice to lighten up my hair a bit. But it seems like you need to be out in the sunlight for it to take affect. Obviously, for Tznius reasons there is no where I can go to expose my hair to some sunlight (if there was I wouldn't need the lemon juice as my hair usually gets very light in the sun).
Does anyone have any suggestion of another way to die/highlight my hair at home? I have looked around in local stores for some sort of kit but seems like the area I live in (ultra Chareidi) doesn't really offer the likes.
