I just made this for shabbos! It is also great for pesach. Here we go:
6oz pkg potato pancake mix
1pkg of frozen bodek brocolli flowerettes(small 12oz?)
4eggs
1/4 lb of melted marg
2 cups of h2o
1 envy of kosher lipton's onion soup mix
DO NOT ADD EXTRA SALT
cook and mush brocolli. mix potato mix with h2o let stand 10 mins. add eggs, marg, onion soup mix, brocolli to potato mix. combine. pour into a 9x13 greased pan and bake at 350 for one hour!!
