I have had it several times in places like Pita off the Corner, and Famou Pita (in bklyn), and I simply LOVE it. Does anyone know the recipe for that? I have tried searching several times, and googling but no luck so far.

In Israeli stores like 'Tzion' in Boro Park, you can buy an Ambah powder- which you just have to add water to. It can last for ages (in the powder)
