I have a huge block of ice lining the back of the inside of my fridge. I need some instruction on how to defrost it.
Any tips?

There's really no easy way. You'll need to melt it, either with lots of hot water poured on it, or with a hair dryer. Spread some towels in front. Call the mfg.. Y does it happen?
