Please help me. Ive never gone to the country with a toddler.
I am having panic attacks, afraid my 2 year old DS will CV get lost, or runaway in the bungalow colony. I am vigilant, but the place is large. In 2 seconds, he can run anywhere. Any place dangerous. I have nightmares. I want to buy a device to track him or watch over him, but I have no idea what to buy and I am afraid people will make fun of me, though deep down, I really don't care.
What should I do?
What device do I buy to keep track of my baby?
Help me!

Why not just pay attention to him and what he's doing? There are literally hundreds of tracking devices for kids being sold on the internet. Why not just buy one?

What kind of danger are you concerned about? Are cars allowed to drive into the colony? I know usually they aren't. It's not gated? Again usually it is. What are your concerns specifically? That he'll get lost and you won't find him? That's not really different than it is in the city, is it? You just need to keep your eyes on them. The consequence for running away or running ahead is being buckled into the stroller. They learn pretty fast to stay close if they want their freedom.

You have to keep your eyes on him all the time.
