Fellow freelancers, how do you track your hours worked, so that you can show your clients what you are billing them for ?

Not sure what the paid version offers, but I use the free one sucessfully, making project-specific weekly reports.

Thanks ladies. Anyone familiar with Bill4time. There are so many app choices and features I'm getting confused.
Basically need a way to track billable time (like a timer that can be converted to an invoice to show the time that was worked on a project), as well as an option for flat fee rate.
For now its just me, but I hope to hire additional personal who would need to be able to log in and bill as well.
Also, is there a way to take creditcards on these apps or I'm asking too much?
