Does anyone know of any hotel to stay at that has snow tubing, and a great place to go with my kids?

Any reason you specifically want CT or VT? We always enjoy snow tubing in the Poconos, and there's also a few good places in the Catskills. Of the choices you gave, I don't think CT has such great tubing. There's only one place there that I know of, and it's much more expensive than the places we go, and has a questionable reputation regarding safety. In VT, I'm sure most of the big ski places should have tubing, so just find one near you, and there should be several hotel options nearby.
