I've got company for Shabbos and I want to make a veggetable side dish to go with the chicken. Is there anything I can do with frozen California veggies?

add a can of cream corn to it. then put corn flake crumbs or the french fried onions on top (in the canister).

you can jusy sautee them with some olive oil and salt and pepper- untill they get they get a little crispy. maybe top them with slivered almonds?
