Menu for shavuos this year

This is my first year making shavuos and I need ideas of meals for shavuos since its a 3 day y"t this year. Obviously, shabbos will be a regular shabbos, but what about actual Shavuos meals? also, any recipes will be appreciated

Start with if you want to do all meat or milk or a mix. I have a small apartment kitchen so its too much for me to deal with both so we have a dairy kiddush and meat meals. I make two dairy desserts and 2 savory items.

Lunch and dinner I like to make meat but things that are more fun. I am in the idea stage but I think one of the night meals will be eggplant stuffed with meat and lunch will be chicken burrito bowls. I will look for ideas for the other two meals here.

Food that can be made in advance:
Lasagna
Spinach manicotti
French onion soup
Minestrone soup
Zucchini basil soup
Moroccan salmon
Cold fruit soup
Cold borscht
Gazpacho
Quiche

Foods made on chag:
Pizza with fresh basil
Roasted salmon or trout
Salad Nicoise
Fake crab salad
Molten chocolate cake ( can make batter before yomtov)
Caesar salad ( can make dressing and croutons before)
