Does anyone have experience with this? My face is pretty much clean, clear skin, but my chest (I.e. on top of and between breasts) has pimples! Any suggestions? It really bothers me...

I use clinique exfoliating scrub.
Perhaps don't wear necklaces to sleep and make sure to wear clean bras every day.
