Hi,
I'm looking for some guidance for teaching alef beis to my four year old son. We live in Israel, and he is staying in gan Iriyah for another year. When he joins Cheder, he must already be reading.
What methodology do you recommend?

I've used this workbook before

But only for 5 yr olds, most of the class knew the Alef bails already.
Those that struggle got a review without falling behind in ne kudos.
In order for a child to start reading he needs to understand that words are made up of sounds (consonant-vowel) combination.
She/ma makes up Shema
