From what I've learned it's way better, safer , then facebook identity theft have been stolen from that site too u know.

I use facebook to keep in touch with not yet frum people/friends. ANd you choose who you want to talk to, and who can see you. only your friends can see your info.

Facebook is not safe only if you are stupid enough to let people you don't know be your friends. (surprisingly, lots of people do)

chabadbook would not be dead if people would try to give it some life. Rolling Eyes

And yes though in theory facebook you can only invite friends. I tried I t for two days and it's way easier to track down shtus too and have weirdos pm you asking you to be their friend.

Here's what happend someone went to a lastname evidently thats is the same as mine but theyre are not jewish but german then they asked to be my friend since they have the same last name and could be we are related. Though I didn't have my personal pic on their b"h but a childs they had theirs they were in their words trying to track down relatives,geneology......... yea right from what I could see he looked like a real quack shock

I unsubscribed then and there!
