how important is daily milk for a 15 month old baby?
stopped nursing about 5 months back due to pregnancy and started giving him a bottle of cows milk a day. is that enough?
he does have milk in cerial, yogurts and cheese as well.
how important is it that he has it everyday?

it's not important at all that he get milk daily. my son gets a few drops of milk in his cereal and s/t's when he's cranky I give him in a cup a drop since he likes it. the main thing he needs from milk is calcium and as long as he gets it elsewhere he should be fine. these days they say milk is very overrated. esp if he gets yogurt and cheese you shouldn't worry about milk mamesh.

A child that age should have about 20-24 ounces a day. (That's only 3 bottles.)
