In brooklyn I recently picked one up for $20. I got it at a hosiery store. So Lakewood at similar stores may have. I personally have not been impressed with this year's selection. Even boro park didn't have anything special.

I think OP needs to clarify what well priced is. Personally, I would not consider $20 for 1 stretchie to be well priced. Try to look at some non-jewish stores you may do better.

You can also try stores like Marshall's or TJMaxx they sometimes have.

I x know children place makes velour stretchies. Think will order it for my daughter. Fashion Wholesalers in lakewood has a nice variety for $14.99 & Juvenile Planet usually has the BABY Dove for like $15.

I ordered some for baby gifts from layettes 4 less.
I think I paid $15 each. Since I couldn't get to the store (it's in her house) she texted me pictures and delivered them for me she is located in Brooklyn.
I can't tell you anything about the quality since I gave them as gifts but they were priced well and she was nice to deal with. I told her exactly what I wanted to spend.
I can try and find her number if you're interested.
