1/2 the family eats kitniyot, 1/2 does not.
I have a separate pot just for rice.
Whoever eats, eats rice and peas.
And things that don't need to be cooked, like rice cakes.
Really I don't make much, and 1 small pot is enough.
I found KLP brown rice pasta.
I think the grand kids would eat pasta.
My question,
Can I make a big batch and freeze it, so I don't have to deal with it during Pesach.
How would be the best way to do this?
It's for kids, who sometimes can be picky.

No, it gets gummy if not eaten fresh.

I wouldn't do it. We use a lot of GF pasta all year and it doesn't even do well in the fridge, let alone the freezer.
