Does anyone have Jack and Becky nightgowns that can tell me what the sizing is like?
My daughter wears a 6-7 in clothes, but I'd like to buy it a little big so she can wear it longer.
Also, do they fully cover the knees?

I just bought 1 for my daughter. I think they run true to size. I got a 6 and she wears size 6 dresses. It covers her knees.

They do cover, Knees - I went up a size. sleeves are a drop long but the length is right. they shrunk a tiny amount I think.

They're $18 each and free shipping (not sure if you need a minimum)
I could not find anything tsnius in cotton for less than that

IF you have someone in Lakewood the nightgowns are $10 in the warehouse and $15 for 2 piece PJs.
