I want something crew neck, covering elbows and not sheer (I can't stand shells). I don't want it to be so summery that I cannot wear it any other season, but it also has to be thin/lightweight. I am going nuts trying to find something. The local Jewish stores only had tops that were over $100, and I didn't even like them that much. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it, as I literally only have one outfit for Shabbos at this point due to size change.
I'm ok with a dress too, but same thing about summer applies--I don't want to spend tons of money on something I can only wear a short time. Especially because I have a feeling that 3 years from now, dresses will suddenly be the dorkiest thing ever.

I had mazel in Burlington but I can't remember if I saw anything that wouldn't need a shell. Possibly.
There are three Burlingtons in easy driving distance and I was surprised to find how nice one was, big, nice floors, lighting, décor, with large selection.
