Is it okay for an adult male to walk around the house with just a towel around is waist when there is company in the house- I.e. In law children?

It's his house and he doesn't want to have to restrain himself in his house. If he were a guest in someone's home, I'd feel differently.

I disagree where the line should be drawn. Would you say the same if he were naked? Why not?

My husband would walk from bathroom to bedroom like that. Not stroll around the house.

Maybe it's nuts but many men laws I know have their shameless quirks! Ask dh if he wants to be known as the quirky zeidy/shver... I know plenty like that. He may even get a nickname like 'towelzaidy'

Surely you don't really believe this. The point is that there are guests in the house who will see him strolling around bare chested with a towel. Definitely not normal.

It's not my husband doing it, I am the in-law here, and think it's not okay. Even from the bathroom to the bedroom if you are passing people in between.

Of course it's nuts! Gd created shame for a reason...didnt I learn st bout adam covering up w leaves?! My pt was-some men are shameless and get made fun of in the end... I dnt know if u r allowed to say anything to him(ask lor since may be prob w kabeid es avicha) but u dnt need to visit. I would keep my kids faaar away!!
Curious if this is a new midlife crisis thing or he's always been like this?

I'm not there too often, but it seems he's always done it. maybe it started out when the kids were younger and not around after bath and grew into a habit.
I feel it shouldn't be done in front of your own kids either but realize that others might disagree.

Honestly I probably would be put off by a bathrobe around the house over a naked body as well. Just get dressed!!!
