My baby is allergic to dairy eggs and nuts. Anyone have idea of what to feed him on pesach especially for breakfast and lunch. He is also a picky eater. Thanks

This is so hard! You probably need to stick with fleishig and potatoes

Get a heter for your child to eat kitniot. They will give you one easily. Baked beans is good protein..

A lot of fleishigs. I kmow kids who eat hot dogs for breakfast and chicken soup for lunch.
And you can talk to your rav about kitnios. Babies who need it for formula can use it, because that's what they eat. If that's what your dc will eat... it's worth asking.

Also, make chicken patties with lots of fried onions and spices. No eggs. They fry beautifully. Kids love it.

Same with beef patties but those are a bit drier to consume.

If he can have the amount of eggs in pesach rolls and you eat those, it's worth making a batch. I have kids who had those allergies as well. They had fruit smoothies, matzah with nut spread (is any nut ok? We tested for each one and not all were a problem), matzah with avocado/guacamole.
If you're dealing with a picky kid, just stick to foods you know he likes. Forget about what meal you would typically serve it for, he won't know the difference and there's really no rule about having chicken soup for breakfast.

Rice is good, beans and rice, or rice and lentils are a good meal. Rice cakes are good. If he can have peanuts, peanut butter is great on rice cakes too.
French fries, sweet potato fries.
Corn starch or corn meal is also a great base for making things.
Matza cereal (kind of like oatmeal) is also good.

My toddler has the same allergies but is on Neocate Jr even on pesach so its less of a problem. But if you eat kitnoyos pesach is not a problem-peanut butter or avacado on matza or matza rolls.
Quinoa with cinnamon (instead of oatmeal)
Do they make kosher for pesach rice or corn pasta?
Lots of fish -salmon,tuna with oil on matza
Grilled chicken strips
My son eats alot of flieshigs for lunch and just fruit, apple sauce, avacado and matza for breakfast.

Also, if you eat kitnios, don't forget the whole soy family. When ds was a toddler, I got a heter for him to have soy products. He loved his soy yogurts. (As I was nursing at the time, I ate fleishigs 3 meals a day.)
