Hi, anyone have a good spongy type of apple kugel recipe? Would appreciate your help

Perhaps change your title to "Apple Kugel Recipe needed" . Right now it says Kugels and Sides and it's not clear from your title what you are posting about.
Also what do you mean by spongey? You want like an apple cake as opposed to Kugel ?
