Yes, I always feel awful a day after the fast. I felt better yesterday than today.

Same. Walking around in a dizzy fog today. Just keep drinking and hoping tomorrow will be better because I need to make shabbos and sukkos.

Yup...I feel terrible...pounding headache, stomach ache, exhausted. Nothing I've managed to eat is helping!

Me too. After the fast is often harder for me than the fast. Give yourself a day. I think we'll all be feeling better tomorrow.
