Anyone stay there recently? How is it?
How long does it take to walk to the restaurants?

there are 2 grand beach hotels which are you referring to? I stayed in the one in surfside with is collins and 94th st. I really loved the hotel and the location all the restaurants and minyan are a short block away.

I was at the 48th Street location. Very pleasant experience. Food and shopping is on 41 which is very close.

Same here. I stayed there a few weeks ago. Loved it.
The one on 48 and Collins is beautiful too but the walk to grocery and restaurants is further, you’ll have to walk to 41.
