Trying to highlight a wig of mine and none of the bleach is working! I used kalidocolors with 40 vol developer, and it barely got lighter. Then I used the clairol BW2 with 40 vol, and same story. I want really icy highlights. What should I use?
(P.s. I am certified to do wigs. I have dyed my wigs many times before. There is no one near where I live who colors wigs, so I am left to do it on my own)
