Gave my daughters morah a baby gift. She texted me thank you for the beautiful and adorable outfit and also texted me invite to baby’s Bris. How do I respond, if anything?

Most people "inform" about the bris and I'm sure that's what OP meant.

Right that's why one shouldn't invite to a bris, usually people just inform time & place it will be held
