Be successfull in my new journey.
I know it takes 21 days to form a new habit. 90 days for it to become routine.
For a long time I've formed a bad habit of being on the web for too many of my waking hours.
The time has come. I want to undo this cycle.
Please don't judje me. I was trying to run away from a situation which had you been presented with it you might've done the same.
I am attempting to take control of it.
For Friday 12 pm is my cutoff line.
I'll post more while I go through this journey.
See you after Shabbas

You go, girl!
I don’t know where they get those numbers from but I think it’s a crock, especially if one is trying to break a habit of long standing. If this were true, no one would ever give up on a diet, smokers would have to quit only once, and gym memberships wouldn’t go unfulfilled.
