I needed to reapply for Jersey care at the end of November. It is now mid January and I have not heard from them. I am wondering if they are delayed due to government shutdown. Does anyone know? I have tried calling them and it is impossible to get through.

Go to the Hooper Ave office. It is impossible to reach them by phone.
