Did you quit or did you get fired? I just quit a job after four months. I think there is a good chance I would have got fired if I stuck around too much longer...

I quit after 4 months because I was so so bored and my paychecks where all bouncing. I still dont get why that person hired a secretary, there was literally 15 minutes of work for me per day.

I quit after 3 months due to verbal abuse by the boss. Should've left sooner.

I quit after 3 months because the pay just wasn’t worth it. It was contract work and I only got paid for direct contact with students, which often didn’t materialize.

I think 2-3 days. There was an elderly women working there. There were so many things I wasn't allowed to talk to her about, since they were all triggers. Basically I was supposed to be friendly to her, but not say anything. I couldn't work in such an environment. When I told my boss he totally understood.

I worked at an office for 4 months, got engaged 2 months in and moved out of state a couple of months later when I got married.
I did train in the new employee remotely though.

2 days. First “real” job in high school at a local restaurant as a hostess. After 2 days I was told I was “no longer needed”.

10 months. I gave birth to my first child. I stayed home with him for about a year and they then called me , begging for me to go back. So I did , but cut my hours in half. I was highly pregnant with my next child by then.
After that the shortest I was at a job was for two years. I quit each time .

A few weeks. Like 2? I couldn't handle doing the old school discipline on students who weren't always guilty, like punishing a kid because she couldn't do her homework because she had head aches.

My very first job. They hired me before the holidays in November. I was there for 6 weeks until beginning of January. I came in and there was a person sitting at my desk. When I asked what’s up, I was told oh, we don’t need you anymore. Def not the greatest first experience.

I worked at my one and only job for 4 years.
I started working right out of high school before my 18th birthday. 2 months later I was engaged and 5 months later I got married....
I worked till my oldest was born.
My husband worked at one place for 3 weeks. He was supposed to get proper training and support. But he wasn't. He was given maybr an hour training and literally no support or recources to learn on his own. That business couldn't keep their employees.
After struggling for 3 weeks he quit. 2-3 weeks later he started at another company in an entry level job. 8 years later he's still there. Different position though.
