I lost 65 lbs with diet & exercise over almost 2 years. I’m now in better shape & slimmer then I have been since I was a teenager.
I’m having a hard time figuring out a maintenance plan.
What have you found works for you?
TIA

So I lost 70 lbs 15 years ago doing WW.
I kept almost all of it off for a good 10 years but in the past 5 years or so I've put some of it back - like 15 ibs or so.
What allowed me to keep it off was lots of exercise and keeping within my daily points allowance. The structure that the points system provides really works for me. Also, the fact that I can eat any type of food that I want (within moderation of course) is crucial.
I'm ok with the fact that I've gained back some of the weight. I am not eating more than I used to but my metabolism has probably slowed a bit (I'm 52 now) and truthfully I'm not exercising quite as much. It does get harder as you get older to keep up the same pace and intensity.

Basically very low carb, sugar free & calorie counting. I also exercise every day.

I lost 23 pounds. I am a small person, so that’s the equivalent of someone else’s 40. It’s only been a year, and I’d like to lose 7 more, but I’m not trying to hard. I try to eat Healthy but don’t drive myself crazy. I exercise at least three times a week. The main thing for me is I weigh myself every single day. If I see that I went up a pound, I’m extra careful.
