I was there last winter. Nothing kosher there. You can fly in to LA, stock up, and then drive over to palm springs.

Many people fly to LAX and stock up there. If you fly to Palm Springs, your options are to bring food, get basics from local supermarkets (https://www.chabadps.com/templates/articlecco_cdo/aid/592636/jewish/Kosher-Food.htm), or order from Chabad of Palm Springs catering (https://www.kosherinpalmsprings.com/menu), which is extremely expensive, but may be worth it depending on your circumstances. It's a wonderful place to visit!

Been there twice it’s seriously gorgeous no kosher restaurant however chabad of rancho mirage has a community bbq once a week I believe it’s wednesdays and they sell delicious food (burgers steaks etc) look up their website . Also for coffee and danishes there’s kosher coffee bean .

It's a 20 minutes drive or so from palm springs.

Palm springs is gorgeous and a real resort place. No tall buildings there. You can find some, but very little kosher foods in the supermarkets there but definitely not a meal. You can get fruits, vegetables and nuts there too (we did). We brought along most of our foods plus we got some in LA and we bought one supper at KMR. They don't do it officially but they were nice and did it.
