My boss and his family are coming for dinner and I’ve made everything but the meat and now they tell me the wife is mostly keto.
Ladies, I need an amazing recipe for someone on a keto diet.
Or does what’s in the gravy not matter?

Are there carbs in the gravy? Meat is great for keto.

The meat is cooked in wine and orange juice. The gravy has honey in it but I will just serve that separately.

Wine's fine, orange juice not great, but I imagine there's a tiny amount in one portion of meat so it will be ok.
