So, for those of you who might need a recipe for these, here is mine tried and true.
2 1/2 C flour
2/3 C boiling water
1/3 C cold water
place flour in a bowl, make a well in the flour. Add the bioling water, mix. Then add the cold water. Cover with a damp cloth and let sit for 15 min. Divide dough and roll out. If you want a perfect circle use a cookie cutter or cup, for square just cut with a knife.
You can also make a big batch and stack them putting saran wrap, or wax paper btwn each sheet and freeze the extras to have them on hand. Then take out as many as you need.
Usethem whenever a recipe calls for wonton or eggroll wrappers

how long would you say it takes to make them? The rolling out, I mean.
I love wonton stuff, but it takes me FOREVER to roll them out. Do you have any tricks that I'm doing wrong?

you can use the wrappers for soup, fill and boil. eggrolls, fry or bake, pot stickers etc
make sure your surface is either well floured or use a drop of oil to roll it out. but it should be relatively thin. It shouldn't take too long.
