The cheese doesn’t bother me as much as the sugar. Would love a low sugar one without artificial sweetener.

I make regular fleishig meals on shavuos, so it's easier to stick to low-cal. I make 1 cheesecake that I serve for kiddush, and I just dont touch

Google zucchini ravioli. There are variations but essentially the recipes use sliced zucchini as noodles stuffed with a veggie/cheese mixture and cooked in some kind of tomato sauce.
