Or as I call it, the willy nillies. Not what things bother and annoy you like, someone eating with their mouth open or writing in shorthand here, but things that when you see, hear, touch, or smell it, you just cringe and shake, or however you act when you get the chills  .
For me, like most people is when people scratch on a blackboard, but also since I was little, were shrinky dinks. I just can't!! Watching them shrink like that, yuck, yuck, yuck!! 
My kids can't stand when I file my nails, so I know how to get them away from me  . They can't stand the sound. Also some of them can't stand the sound of metal scraping against metal, like a metal fork being scraped against a metal bowl.

I once licked a paper plate as a kid and since then even the thought of it gives me chills.
And I am one of the few people who have no issue scratching a blackboard.
