Yes. and its a full time job. I often get paid 60 minutes an hour- though I take it in increments. a min here, a min there. depending if I'm nursing, bathing or just running away from life...

Honestly, I don't think you can compare. everyones life circumstances are different. I think the question is more like- how quick can you log out when you have something that needs to be done.
This is often my escape. we have a lot going on with a sick family member and coming here is like my lifeline at times when I can't have a social life due to being too occupied. So am I addicted? I don't think so. I've taken a break for weeks.
So I really think its on a case by case basis...

You're definitely more addicted than me. I'd strongly recommend intense therapy, preferably accompanied by birth control as well until the situation improves.

I treat myself to come on to this forum as an incentive after I finish errands.
I tell myself, when I'm done preparing dinner, or laundry or whatever task needs to get done, I'll relax and socialize here.
So I push myself to work faster...
I also relax when I need a break or an outlet, while eating breakfast, lunch and before retiring for the night.
Oh and also while nursing my newborn.
I don't touch it when being with the kids, unless they play quietly by themselves.
Guilt Free Pleasure.
