DS will be 12 months in a few days, BH. He has a mouth full of teeth and can feed himself. Ped said he can pretty much eat anything now (sensibly, of course). I would like him to eat soups, but don't know which would be best. Also, how can I prepare fish for him?

Any baked fish is fine as long as you make sure to take out the bones.
My sons love salmon.
Any soup with good stuff like veggies and/or protein like beef, chicken, or legumes will be good...

My dd more or less eats everything we do (we eat quite healthy though). I actually found myself buying an extra chicken leg for shabbes for her, since she's eats quite alot. (I used to never make extra for her). Usually we'll have some type of meat, veggies and carbs. I don't use salt and wont give her things that are sweet.
