Macys has a pretty good line of bras - I don't know what 12 c size is though since 12 is not a number associated with bra sizes.
If you have never been fitted for a bra, you might benefit from going to a store that has a sales woman who really knows her stuff. A lot of women wear the wrong size bra unknowingly.
So Macys will have a good selection of bras but their sales personnel will not be particularly knowledgeable at least in my experience.

I LOVE nordstrom for bra fitting. The women who work there have always helped me find great stuff in the correct size and its a very nice atmosphere.
