I second rice, salmon and avocado. Cake is a horrible idea. Powerade is fine, if you tend to need some extra electrolytes.

Dankbar I’m surprised no one said this but my nutritionist told me is that your body craves protein and vegetables after a fast and to limit the carbs to 2 servings. When I started doing this I eliminated headaches and stomachaches after the fast.
