can I freeze prple cabbage?

Depends on what you plan on doing with it afterwards.
I know that when I make my stuffed cabbage, I freeze the cabbage and then defrost it so the leaves are wilted and fold easily.
So if you plan on cooking the purple cabbage, or don't mind that it will be rather soggy, then sure.

Probably if you are going to cook it in a soup, stew or stuffed cabbage but not if you want to use it raw like in a salad or in a stir fry.
